IEE will allow you to extract the BAMS into BMPs if thats any help.
If you want to extract straight to gif then the best option would seem to be Bam Workshop : http://www.teambg.com/?page=tools/graphicalarea Oops, forgot to mention that you need the later of the two versions for download. [ 05-19-2002, 09:21 AM: Message edited by: andrewas ]

I wanna know how to animate GIFs though, not MAKE still gifs! and i want a mac-freindly Gif animator... anybody know of one?
