This is probably a bug (Jaheira's romance is very buggy). I think this should work:

CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("DerminSpawn","GLOBAL",3)
CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("DerminAppear","GLOBAL",1)

Note: save first because if you haven't had the proper dialogues beforehand it will stuff it up. But if you're using a walkthrough then you should be alright.
