Most frustrating...rock crabs! Though not a damage threat, their armor makes it so my fighter who would avg 90 dam would only do 20 dam on them. It makes fighting them sooo long cause they come in packs. Usually at least six.

Hi..
The worst monster.. I gotta say the unicorns on Asc.Peak. First time I played the game they turncoated my Fighter every single time, causing him to kill every character I had in 1 slash.. (he could berserk, doing about 150dmg)

Djinn of the clouds.I say this mostly because it seemed that the AI really kicked into high gear with these guys.It seemed like every second or third group would change tactics in thier spellcasting in ways that were better suited against the ways I had fought previous groups.

A group of Adamantium Slimes. Always less than 10 HP damage, even with my level 22 fighter. [img]tongue.gif[/img] They take hours to kill.

Those Stinger Anuses or whatever they are called - the scorpions, no trouble killing them just it takes forever with their zillion attacks per round, and theya re everywhere I go, seem to follow me about. Mind you I have only seen one millipede so far in the game (lev 20) so thats something [img]smile.gif[/img]

Use the MAP function after using X-Ray ... you will see plenty of red dots... those would be the ones that wish to slice and dice you.

Or, if you looking to kill some stuff, they're the things ya wanna slice and dice.

Good point. And even Armormelt doesn't help ...
And Superman potion/spell doesn't help increase the damage in their case... except by maybe a point or two. My solution for them was always like Firestorm and every other spell I could cast that would cause damage every round.

Heh - funny, my wife - who is ahead of me in the game - said the same thing... the Unicorns of Acension Peak.

Ah! Yes... have found a few of those... and even found that spells do not do a lot of damage to them. :/

Wow, can't beleive how many people are complaining about Rock Crabs and Adamatium slimes. These two are easy to kill: use magic. Yes they both have realy high damage resistance so a sword doesn't do much. But hit either one with a concusion, boiling blood, or cerebral hemerage and they take plenty of damage. Sir-Tech balanced the game really well in that respect at least.
