I played a true neutral thief and after helping some whelp, get back to the city gates in the penninsula district (i think) my alignment shifted 3 points toward good and I lost my title. I imagine that doing something dispicable would take it back down again, but I have yet to find a usage for the alignment chart.

Animal indicated that he did not find a “usage” for the alignment chart. I may be mistaken on how I am interpreting this statement. Is he saying what is the point in having your characters alignment shift? If this is so I believe that this is core to a role-playing game. I just does not seem right that a lawful good paladin would be able too rob someone and not have to suffer consequences. In reverse, an evil thief should not be able to help someone out, “just because it seemed like a nice thing to do”. This is something that someone who is, truly evil, would not do.

I apologize if I misunderstood the original statement.

remember good neutral evil is easy to change but chaotic etc is less easy to change as thats more your philosophy of life, probably possible to change it but not in the single player module, probably something you can set in the toolkit
