Its there in BG1 unpatched, and ToB patched. I havent tried any others.
Try hitting L on the FAI map, noting the area code, and then deleting any files with that code from your override directory. Im not sure itll work, depends how they removed it in the patch.

i didnt find it in bg1 unpatched or totsc unpatched, havent checked in patched of either
