Bring Neb's head to the Inspector in the Council building in the Government District - and he'll give you some XP and +1 to your Reputation.

I can't help you about the Flask if you don't remember it's name.

The bones are useless. Throw 'em.

Neb's Head: give it to the inspector in the govenment building in government district. (it has been too long since I played). It's the same building where you buy a magic license and meet Tolgerias.
Delievering it gives you some xp and +1 rep.

empty bottle: I think it is from the guaded compound in the temple district - if so you can throw it away.

dog bones: throw away - they are only there to show you where to place the dog stew.

Is it a potion for ogres found in some temple (black, shaped like Potion of Healing, I think it is named Festule alchemist's potion or stg)?
This is related to Mazzy. There is some ogre who buggers her in Slums, and it is for him, but I've never seen that so I don't know anything more.

(HARD!!!) i can't even manage to kill one greater werewolf on my own! how is this possible, i don't remember even seeing a amandamite golem or a werewolf when i played it with a complete party before....

There's a reason for that. The enemies you face on some maps are determined by the level of your character(s) so because your soloing with a level 20 character you face tough enemies. It doesn't take in to account that there is only one character in your party so it's like you have a party of six members all at level 20.

the black potion bottle is found in the temple of helm in the room on the right with all the bookshelves etc (I often use this as a stash place for things I don't need right now). I don't know what its for as I've never played a cleric and only had mazzy in the party once, and no one asked her about it. If you mean dog bones... they do nothing, if you mean dog meat... 4 of them used in the kitchen on the ground floor will create dog stew to lure those big green blobbies away (never taken time to work out if you get more exp for killing them or feeding them). and yeh... neb is some guy I kinda remember from BG1 and deserves the killing he gets simply for his annoying voice.
