Ned's head and a sad paladin??

I'm carrying around a head of the little fellow who turned all those kids to ghosts... is someone interested in it?

and then there is this sad paladine on the church yard mourning his adoptive son, I thought some other of the Radiant Heart paladines were perhaps interested in his life - but not. Dead end...

What to do?

1) Go to the Council of Six building in the Government District, and speak to one of the officials there. If I remember correctly, it is the guy at the back.

2) Search the bottom right corner of the Graveyard District for a Priest and an Orphan. Talk to them, then return to talk back to the Paladin. They only appear in the day.

The mourning paladin. Not during the whole day! Once I thought that the paladin was there only in the morning but I found later that it was not the case. At present, I don't know when exactly is the paladin present. My only recommendation: Try, try, try, ... I am always trying 8 am, 10 am, 12 am, 2 pm, and 4 pm. Check the presence of the orphan. The orphan is there only if the paladin is there.

Got rid of the head, but the paladine, can't find him again. Well, I guess he just has to wait a bit since I went on to Brynnlaw instead. But thanks!
