Listen mate! That was my point the entire time! I had a hunch it was him, but I couldn't be sure, could I? And if you don't want to believe me: FINE!! I don't understand why Memnoch (if he knew from the beginning) keeps saying: "What are you talking about?" when I ask what he's up to.

This was one of the first things which made me think. What did Memnoch mean? It was obvious that it wasn't just interest here. Now, Sazerac, you say that you guys both knew, yet when I posted this:

Relax, Link, we realize you can't be held responsible for Pollux's actions. Saz and I are just disappointed in you, that's all.

None of us were SURE it was him at first, since he was using a different IP, and we're not in the business of accusing people until we have circumstantial evidence at least. But a combination of HIS and YOUR responses found him out.

Since I've known you for a while, I'll share my reasons with you. I think you knew from your first reply to my post to him that it was him (dated 10 Oct):

Because nobody else replied to my comment but you. I replied and you replied saying you were cool with things. Then, you responded again to my post to him dated 12 Oct):

This confirmed to me that you knew, as there was no reason for you to be defensive and keep on defending him when nobody else was (since I wasn't attacking him anyway). Now knowing that someone who had been previously banned had come back and was posting under a new account is not against our ToS at the moment. So YOU haven't done anything specifically wrong. Like I said, I'm disappointed, and so is Saz. We like to think that we know you, and can trust you the same way we trust the other regulars here. I'm happy to let things be bygones, it's just going to take a little time for us to regain our trust in you, that's all.

Pollux got caught in a web of his own lies. Moral of this story? The truth will ALWAYS come out, someday. Best to be on the side of the truth when that happens.

I can live with that Memnoch, but I don't think it's fair to judge me like that. I mean, you obviously didn't believe me before I told everything (which was the truth!!!), because otherwise you wouldn't have gone suspicious. Just to clarify:
Memnoch: I WAS telling the truth; like I told you before: I had a hunch it was him, but I couldn't be sure. That's why I asked you what you knew: "What are you trying to say Memnoch?". This went on and on, until he told me that it was him. I can't admit something if it's just not true mate.
