Icarus, Deadalus and Helios (spelling may a bit off). There is also the one in Illuminaty H.Q, who shares the name of a certain character from The Matrix. If I recal correctly, Icarus was designed by the UN to keep track of global communications, but it wasn't a very big succes. Later, it was used by MJ12. Then something went wrong with the A.I, and it classified MJ12 as a terrorist group. I think Deadalus was used by the Illuminaty to keep track of MJ12. Eventually, Deadalus and Icarus merged, and evolved into Helios, an A.I that was intended to merge with Bob Page. Edit: Morpheus was a bit of a beta version. Everet keeps it around for personal entertainement.

The real full answer is: Echelon was the first, it is only mentioned as a UN surveillance program. A part of it, the Morpehus, is in Everet's house. Then came Daedalus who classified MJ12 as a terrorist organisation. After that was Icarus who attacked Daedalus and merged to create Helios who was planned to join with Bob Page.
