It's not until you actually become a jedi knight that you can choose you saber and thats a long way into to the game.

From the start, you can choose your saber color and hilt, thats it. You automatically gain the saber medium stance.

After some levels you can acquire the heavy or fast saber-stance (I suggest the fast stance!!!) and even further, when becoming a knight, you can choose saber, dual sabers, saberstaff and again your color and hilts

BTW, the coolest hilt in the game (luke's original blue and green ones) CAN'T be chosen, how rotten is that?

Ow, and some more advice: change the quick-keys: have your favorite force-powers close at hand for tough battles, you'll need them. And don't play on easy or novice! It's too easy that way and will ruin your play.... Good luck with the game

i found strong style on the single saber best. its even better if you use force speed . true, you dont get to choose the different saber till 2/3rds of the way through the game, but the best saber is single anyway .

I'm still waiting for a game that will allow me to use a lightsaber like Adi-Galia. Untill then, I guess dual sabers should suffice.

I'm guessing you never used the dual-saber-swirl or the staff-saber-twirl??

dual wield all the way !!! i love the special effects .. and you can make it a single saber as well by pressing the middle mouse button. also your also protected from bullets when you throw one of your sabers because you still have the other one to protect yourself.. sadly dual staff cant be thrown.

No, you'll encounter some at fixed points, sometimes, just hit the brakes to slow down and take them out, but keep moving. And you're playing it on easy, you cheesy.....
