Actually, you can regain hitpoints when using the SensateAmulet.
Just pop it on and off your char and he/she will gain 5 hp each time. There probably is a patch for this though, coz it is kinda cheezy...

Uh guys, are you sure that the items still work like that in TOB with the latest patch installed?
I know that BEFORE the patch certain items did exactly what you said - would provide healing just by equipping and unequipping the item. But I thought that all of the items that did that had been fixed by the patch.
