I was just reading through some of the posts on alt.games.baldurs-gate and I noticed one by Westley Weimer regarding a trick that I have never seen documented anywhere else, so I thought I'd share it with y'all here. Be warned that I haven't tested it yet.
"Everyone may already know this, but I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere. If you are under the influence of Draw-Upon-Holy-Might when you level up, you get permanent HP from your temporary CON bonus. So a protagonist fighter with 18 normal CON could receive 15 hit points on a level advance, say. The hit points do not go away when the spell wears off. I haven't tested it for NPC priests, just Bhallspawn powers." |
