what is the best equipment to give your monk, its not like he can use the cool armor or weapons! it would be useless....anyideas (rings,cloaks,etc?)

Well, just the best equipment i guess,
there's really only one monk-specific item in the game (making him pretty damn near-god like in damage terms) -Ring of Gaxx -Ring of protection +1 (optional) -cloak of displacement / reflection -girdle of inertial barrier / -any giant- strenght -boots of speed (With patch, making his walk speed incredible) -gauntlets of crushing (monk specific item) something like that would make him a godlike killing machine

Yeah, probably something like daans things.
Note that the monk is better without weapons too, so its easier to equip a monk with special things that fits for him. But if he should have any weapon, I would maybe have the Scarlet To (ninja-to +3 or something). Although that one comes in ToB. see ya! |

ring of Gaxx....?
do i have to defeat Kangaxx to get that? i have the Crushing Gauntlets the cloak of reflection the girdle of frost giant strength ring of fire???(fire immun,firestrike,scorcher,etc) ring of (shoot forgot what i had here) etc... |

yup, you need to beat up on poor old kangaxx for that ring.
it is well worth it though. BTW, where do you get the gauntlest of crushing?

In the Sauhgin city (fish people), you have to take the kings side and kill the prince, instead of helping the rebels. Take the princes heart back to the king and you'll recieve them
