Is the person that appears when you attack anyone in the thief guild killable...I just want to see what items they've given him.

Heh. They gave him a 'killsw01'. He's not beatable. It does about +1000 damage.

if you REALLY want to kill him that badly, u could always cheat and use that ctrl-y or whateva it is to kill him

In an effort to end his life, I equipped everyone in my party who could have one with the killsw01, and while they were all hitting him, I held the cursor over him and hammered ctrl-y. I think i'll have to admit he's pretty invulnerable....
