missile training at Mt. Gigas

Can anyone who has completed this task tell me if experience points were gained by completing this? I eradicated the testdummies but gained no experience (which I can live with I guess, but points *would* have been nice).

check your modern weapon skill

after i did that with my ranger, it went from 0 to 11 i think.

you get a bonous to modern weapon for the person who uses it im fairly sure

next time I bootup the game, I'll check - but I don't think that's the problem as I equipped the launcher to my Gadge who has close to 100 in modern weapons just from her weapon (she's level 15 close to 16 right now I think)

and hey, I see you live just across the water from me. Was your life a little bit drier today, ours was (therefore, it was a happy day!)

nope, our life was a very bit much wet today, however i didnt notice any of it, i was at a wrestiling touney. I didnt get to wrestle, but i was there.

maybe i only got a huge boost, because my ranger didnt have modern weapons skill

Interesting...I saw my ranger's modern weapon skill go from 0 to 10 at missle training and he didn't equip the rocket launcher. I don't think anyone elses modern weapons went up though. Bug?

At the level my party is at, few skill points are added at the end of encounters anymore, the problem I've asked about though isn't skill points, it's plain old experience points at the end of the combat - I didn't get any for blowing away the three dummies on the training range (I did get a bunch after going through the covert ops training course though). Maybe the game just combines the two tasks for one batch of experience points, but like I said above it would have been nice to get a bunch of experience for the gang going to the range.
