Though I have been to her tomb in the prison district I can not find her journal. What has happened to it? was it ever there?

Are you talking about the quest you get from guy in the temple in the original NWN campaign?

In that case, the only thing you need from there is a journal and some items (a sword, a shield and an arrow) from the chest in the tomb.

Edit: It's been awhile since I played the NWN OC, but this specific quest is about finding artifacts linked to the founder of Neverwinter scattered about the city, and I believe Fairblades journal is one of them.

This seems to be about the Halueth Never artifacts for a person called Oleff.

If you ARE talking about the Halueth Never artifacts then there is no artifact in the Penninsula district, only in the Docks, Beggar's Nest and Blacklake. You get the keys (arrow, shield and dagger) from Birley in the Penninsula district.

Artifacts - Docks, sewers
Beggars Nest, graveyard
Blacklake, girls house (NOT MILLY's)

Thanks guys, I have the artifacts but not the diary, I looked in the divining pool with no success and then everywhere else to no avail. Then I looked in one of my magik bags I was carrying

and guess what? yep it was there

Yeah, the inventory is usually where the items you pick up end up.

Another question on the same theme guys. After I gave Olef the last of the three tomb items. Symbol armour and book, and he paid me for them, the quest seemed finished; yet the journal would not clear and still claimed I had more to find?
