Imoen, definitely. A zillion times more than any of the others. Of the evil ones, Illhasera the Quick because:
1. She's easy. Why on earth would you go to all that trouble to make something harder? 2. She has a great name 3. I mounted her head on the wall of the Pocket Plane and I got to like watching it rot...okay, we made that one up one night when we had been having Martinis.

I always had a good laugh at the first Bhaalspawn you encounter in Tob. After all her big-talk about how powerfull she is, she dies in about three seconds. Sendai is funny too, all those small cut scenes you get in her enclave are hilarious. But all time favorite is Sarevok, that guy is the coolest char in the game.
