Which one? Do you mean the bonus merchants from the Collector's edition CD? If so, they're in the Ease-of-Use mod.

I tried to reinstall the mod. It said-error on bla, bla, bla, area. I got only deidre.
 How can i fix that? tx

Go to baldurdash, there is a bonus merchants download. It contains two two area files, put them in your override and you will find the bonus merchants.

Only Deidre is in the official patch, and only in the TOB patch. The SOA official patch has neither.
Black Baron: open SETUP-EASE.DEBUG (in your BG2 directory) in a text editor, find the relevant portion of it (From "Install Bonus Merchants" to the next "install" line, or to where it says "weiDU timings"), and copy + paste it here, there are any number of people here (including myself) who can look through it for you.
