Lavi, I'm playing WoW on a 46" widescreen LCD on 1920x1080p with 2ms response time. I haven't looked back

I've checked xperl, where is the option to get rid of party's portrait?

Ok, now the complaints.

~ I've to get rid of naturcastbar because it's too distracting.

~ Questhelper doesn't do anything much since I know where the quest objects/npcs are. I might get rid of it also.

~ All those tweaking I did for my rogues, it doesn't suits my warlock, my warrior and my bank alt. I've to log out, disable/enable some mods. Log in and had to spend some time tweaking again.

~ Since I'm a clicker, having to press F8 ~ F12 / shift B to open my bags is PITA.

~ Oh, just like the above, since I'm a clicker, having to press L , C , O etc etc to access my character screen is PITA.

So much for trying something fresh ehh?

Sorry, I just meant Kakero, you can tell by his toolbar he's on around a 15" monitor.

Ok, cast bar - just remove it, then use Xperls built in one. You know where my name is on my portriat on my UI? or where it says Terron Gorefiend? thats where Xperl puts its castbar. Its imba. And partys portraits are in the party tab on Xperl.

Ok, I've tweak around xperl's party option. As you can see, I've uncheck everything but you can still see the party's hp and mana.

I guess I'm stuck with having to deal with party members in my screen.

Oh, I've also checked x perl's cast bar. I have to say, blizzard's castbar is much better. Since xperl's background is dark, you may not notice the enemy's cast bar. But blizzard's one is clear and easy to spot.

Which mean xperl isn't much of a use to me. Although the 3d portrait does look nice...

You should be able to remove that party bar - I was able to do it. There's a setting somewhere, you may have to fiddle around with it a bit though.

As far as i know mate, you have removed the party bar.

When you enter a party, no-one will show...

It's just when you click xperl options, it shows where they WOULD be if turned on.

Actually, that's it. Kak has probably figured it out by now lol.

You are giving up too easily. A sleek and modern UI takes some tweaking, with the end result being a total revamp of the clunky and outdated Blizzard default. Every gripe you describe can be fixed.

You can remove the party bars by unchecking the party tab. You can remove some party members by right clicking the tab with X-perl open, and clicking "close". You can add party portraits in 3d or 2d, take them off altogether, add percentages or numbers if you prefer, or even both. You can totally axe any party members appearing (is this what you want to do?) by simply unchecking "X-perl Party" in the "All" tab. The party interface won't appear.

You can also change the color, texture, size and position of the castbar just like you can do with almost anything in X-perl.

As for enabling and tweaking mods for different alts., your addons screen coupled with your mod settings/profiles does this, enabling some mods to not come on at all or to come on with different settings for different chars.

Yeah well I had to log off already and when I would log back some time later it would be too near to raiding time. So I "rebooted" back to my previous plugins and shut off my computer.

Will try tweaking again when I got time.

Here we go, I've reloaded xperl and done some tweaking. I retain the party option. I've make the casting bar a bit transparent so it's easy to see.

I also make omen transparent so it's not distracting during raids.

Hmm.. I might wanna put the party more to the right side.
