Wow - 221 episodes, sounds like a great deal! (Wipes the drool from his face...) Not sure why they chose only Australia to release it, though (lots of closet Dexter fans there?)...

The site that is selling the set is an American site...you can't find the S&H until you completely fill out and submit the order form.
