Hi, guys,
Pardon my absense of late but I've been working on my demo. Fixing a -lot- of bugs.... "Where's the code?! Argh!" Anyway, It's almost done, and I mean it this time, it's almost done... It can be done tonight, but I need a quick answer to a question: Do druids have enough equipment in the game in the base database? Do I need to add some more?

Dunno, but if not already in the database, could add: wooden shield (mundane and/or magic),
cudgel (basically a branch, but more like wooden mace), boomerang (gotta combat weapon icon of one if you wannit) ST

Ugh...
This is taking me longer than I thought. I was playtesting and I ran smack dab into a bug. Completely derails the design. I got quests popping up in my inventory all over the place.... And that screws with pretty much every one of my events. Argh! This is so frustrating! Bet if you guys were doing this, you'd know what's wrong and have fixed it already.... I'm starting to feel like a bleedin' idiot here!

How do you know a quest is finished anyway? Does it disappear from the inventory or something?
And am I ending quests right? On the Quest Stage event, I click the quest, and make it Automatic (No Question), and check the "Quest is completed on accept" box. Is that right? Am I ending the Quest?

First of all, don't worry. If you are testing from the editor, quests will show up in the inventory as a way for you, the designer, to make sure that the quests are behaving like you want them to.
If you use the start icon in the xyz.dsn folder, you should not see the quests in the inventory. As for ending quests, it sounds like you are doing it correctly to me. ![]() |

Okay, xyz.dsn folder? That folder is not in my DungeonCraft Folder. Anyway, nice to know I'm not a -complete- idiot.
