Question Mark Prison Break S3 - What is in the box?

I think I know. The actor that plays Sara left the show, she has a child now, and she wanted to be killed off. Soooo..
I am guessing it's her head in the box.

This creates some new problems-- Does Link tell his brother she's dead, or lie, so he doesn't do something crazy..
Kinda sucks. I KNEW the second I saw how they were leaving her out, and not seeing her in the opening credits was telling.

Erm...are you sure she's dead Z?

I haven't seen episode 3 of season 3 yet, but Wikipedia states:

Spoiler for wiki:
Sara Tancredi will not appear in the first few episodes due to Sarah Wayne Callies' pregnancy and subsquent birth of her daughter Keala, on which Paul Scheuring commented that her absence conveniently fitted the plot. It was thought in the season three opener that Tancredi was found in a Panama morgue, however Lincoln said the body was not hers. Later in the same episode a mysterious woman reveals to Lincoln with a cell phone video that Sara and LJ are being held at ransom.

In episode three of the season, a Polaroid photograph of Tancredi is shown to Michael, however, her face is half-covered by her own long hair and it is shown at a distance, so that the viewer cannot see that the picture is not of Sarah Wayne Callies. Sara manages to get a coded message out to Michael via telephone, and during the conversation, her back is to the camera. This coded message leads Lincoln to locate her and to make an unsuccessful attempt at freeing her.

Why did I look at this thread In the UK ep3 was only shown last night, yet because of looking at this thread I knew there was a box. Now I look again and I find out it is her head I can't stop but spoil myself!!
