*WARNING* DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!

I got my permit when I was 15 and was even given a car but an overprotective father kept me from getting a license and a jealous sister destroyed the car so it didn't really matter as long as I had my ten-speed bike.

At 17 I got another car and drove it without a license...by the time I was 26 I had owned and sold or drove to death about a dozen vehicles without ever being pulled over for anything more than a outed headlight which I talked myself out of right off the bat since the replacement was in a box in the front seat (I did not give the officer time to ask me for my license, I just lifted the box and said "I'm on my way home with it right now!" when he approached the window and he bought it...I was actually out partying in my mom's car lol and thanked her for having the replacement on the seat when I gave her the car back later that night).

At 26, I got my license and my first ever traffic ticket (speeding) later that week.

Got it at 17, and I passed really well despite my instuctor saying I might have to wait a bit to improve. I also did well on my theory test.

I bought my first car at 16 yrs.+1 day with money I earned myself and paid insurance/gas as well. 15 cars and 1 motorcycle later I'm still driving and my insurance company is a lot richer.
