I don't know about in other countries, but here in the United States at least once a year, certain programs or movies are re-run.

I don't watch it, but its on every damn year.
Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer gets annoying after the 1st two times. But its always on. Year after year after year. **sigh**
