One behind the crooked crane in the city gates, one in the lower part of the bridge district, one where the cast-out priests are in unseeing eye quest, Kangaxx, one in Deissex' tower in Ust natha...and load sin the Umar hills and Asylum if you are playing with a ToB imported char but they don't count

oh and there's one in the twisted rune quest.

I don't cheat. BTW the Underdark isn't that far. It depends on how many quests you do in chapter 2 and 3. It's far (I think about 3/4) in the game but coming there doesn't have to take long. Especially if you've done it a couple of times .
