What were those horns drawn in? Paint? Can't they use a blur filter? And what kind of a color is yellow?

Yes. Shoddy craftsmansip. And the tongue. Mouths do not form horizontal lines. Also her left eye for some reason (propably because the tongue covers half of the mouth) seems to be higher than the other.
