Anyone know where I can get a mod that lets me BUY a house, and preferably allow me to furnish it?

(1) Buying houses: Such mod do exist, it's the "bank mod", which installs a bank where you can put your money, get interest, and also buy a house. Most of towns contains a house for sale.
(2) Furnishing a house: Impossible. House equipment cannot be generated "on fly" during a game run, the equipment cannot be even moved. All house parts must be specified during creation of a mod. The mod then creates the house at the game start.
