i think it was for flaming. He should be unbanned by now though??? Its after the 26th!

The actual wording that I see says "suspended", not banned. There is a difference. People had been complaining for a long time that he was being too rude with other members.
As to the question of why he is still in that position...the answer is simple. Ziroc has been too busy worrying about how to pay for the forum's server bills to take care of this, as we will lose Ironworks if a plan does not come into effect on creating a constant cash-flow to IW's upkeep. Sorry, I must close this thread.
