When checking on Minsc's stats, I noticed his charisma was red and at 10. Is is charisma reduced or increased? Also, I found a belguril gem in the Windspear Hills, and I don't know what to do with it, although I know that it does something. What does it do? And lastly, I also found a necklace, Laeral's Tear in the Windspear hills. When I went to sell it, they priced it at 1,800 gps. Is it just an expensive necklace, or does it have some purpose? I don't think it does, but I just want to check.

I dont think the gem has a purpose, its just worth alot, Laurel's tear is the most valuable necklace, but it has no abilities except being rare.Minsc if his charisma is red and at ten, it has been lowered by 1

The laeral's tear necklaces are just very expensive (never needed one)
I think you can use the beljuril to upgrade the horn of Valhalla found in the house next the guy who sells fish. Minsc's charisma is increased by one. |

Check Minsc's equipment, is he wearing any of the following?
Helm of Glory Blade of Roses Nymph Cloak They raise your CHA, it cannot be the Ring of Human Influence, as that sets CHA to 18. If it is none of the following, are you using the Rod of Terror? The necklace serves no purpose except to be sold. |

If it was the Rod of Terror, the lowered stat would be in white, not red.
