Ok. All the Bhaalspawn are supposed to be around the same age, yes? "You must have suspected.. You were of comparitave ages, you both had mysterious pasts" something-or-other, Irenicus said it if I recall... So then culturally, the Five would not work.
Sendai is drow. Like the PC if s/he is elven, it is highly unlikely that they would be ready to face the world at age 20. More like at age 100. Still, it's believable, I suppose.
Abazigal! The guy already has a son?! At 20?! And the son's like already grown-up, not just a toddler. What's up with that?
Regarding Yaga-Sura, I have no clue how fire giants work.
Illisara is the most believable.. She's so cocky and overconfident, probably like the PC would be if they were evil. Her voice and portrait make her seem young, about 20, the proper age. But who agrees with me about Sendai and Abizigal? (I have nothing to say about Balthizar, cause he seems young as well)

When I first got a load of Agazigal & Draconis, I couldn't have agreed more. Dragons, even Half-Dragons, are supposed to take HOW long to reach sexual maturity, and yet here's your fully grown nephew after only 20-odd years?

Then I realized that they like to cast Haste and Time Stop, two spells that increase the caster's age, relative to the rest of the world. Granted, they would have had to cast these spells a hell of a lot to compress time 100-fold, but I suppose anything's possible. I think Sendai casts a Time Stop or two as well.

And if you're looking for inaccuracies, nothing beats a Halfling wearing Yaga-Shura's armor.

Here is a hint. Bhaal did not wait until the last minute to start procreating.

He didn't wait till the last minute, true.. But he didn't forsee his death and make plans centuries ahead, I think I'd give Bhaalspawn only about a three-year buffer in regards to age.. As to a halfling wearing Yaga-Sura's armor, most enchanted armor automatically changes to fit the wearer.. though a halfling is really stretching it, I agree to that.

I know I'm risking flames with this, but just because a monster drops something, doesnt mean that its actually also using and/or wearing said item.

Good point on the ages, but it is just one case in which you have to suspend disbelief, or assume that some or all of these spawn grew up in alternate dimensions where time functioned differently.
