i've been trying to decide what the best romance is for my character (male half-elf ranger-cleric) and am wondering if you get any quests or exp for them. also i was wondering what romance everyone thinks is the best??

If you do the Jahiera romance you get a nifty little item that, sadly, only she can use... although I like the "quest" that stems from the romance because it brings a fitting end to the Harper Hold quests. With Viconia, you get a few items that either of you can use.. provided the main character is a half-elf or elf, evil, and a cleric. I don't know about Aerie, and I couldn't tolerate having Anomen in my party long enough to develop the romance (but THAT'S another post.)
Personally, I like the Jahiera romance the best, mostly because she's one of my favorite characters. The one thing I do NOT like about it is that it's not all that realistic.. Elves and half-elves take a while for romance to develop, and the romance starts while poor Khalid's body is still warm, almost. But that's just my opinion. The Aerie romance requires way too much "therapy" in my opinion.
