questions about InfTech

I have an IT test coming up in univ and we got some of the questions beforehand. I was thinking maybe you could throw in some information.. to make sure I dont fail the 1st question, which is a must to pass.

Simply Y/N answers are enough, except for #3 & #9. #3 is really stressing me.

1. GRPS is an user interface for PDA- systems/mechanisms
2. BBC field in e-mail systems means sending a visible copy
3. What is social engineering?
4. In knowledge-base techics (sp), AI-developer plays central role.
5. PGP is a file-transfer program.
6. NTFS is a file system (for Windows NT)
7. UNIX is the most succesful UI inw the world which isn´t dependant of system.
8. The lifecycle of a software process moving from stage to another is called "waterfall" model.
9. What is ODBC?

Im pretty sure of a few of these, but any help is welcome.
