I think anyone who has read any of Tim Allen's books, will find him funny, very intelligent and way deeper than your garden variety celeb. I respect him quite a bit actually. I love his humor, but I really respect his philosophical and scientific sides as well. (If you think his grunting is all there is, you didn't give his work a fair chance.)
