SNIPER UPDATE!!!

The FBI and ATF have served a search warrant for a house in Tacoma, Washington. They have confiscated a tree stump and are conducting a very exacting search of the backyard with metal detectors. They are looking for evidence such as spent shall casings and bullets in the tree trunk.

They are also serving a search in the state of Alabama. Details are sketchy on that one.

They are also reporting that several search warrants in and around Washington DC. Details are also sketchy on that as well.

Law Enforcement wants to talk to two individauls and may announce their names at any time.

Fox News and CNN are both reporting on this, but FOX seems to have the better coverage!!!

Police are also looking for a Chevy Caprice with New Jersey license plates. The car was seen at the last shooting.

One of the suspects may be an american of Hispanic descent.

The Police are looking for two individuals one is named John Mohammad and the other is a Lee Malvo. The License plate number is NDA-21Z.

The place in Alabama is a Training Academy for militia of some sort in Marion AL just west of Montgomery.

Fox is Doing a great job!!! They are smoking CNN!!!

It's interesting that they are looking for a car from New Jersey, because the nutjobs that tried to blow up the World Trade Center were based out of New Jersey I think. I wonder if this John Mohammad is associated with the Blind Sheik?

The latest update is that the Blue Corsica was found at a Rest Area and the two occupants taken into custody. The two suspects are a 40-something ex-military man that converted to Islam and his 17 yr old son.

Authorities have now released info stating that they found a .223 caliber shooting rifle in the Corsica also and the two are being charged with 6 counts of First Degree Murder (for the first 6 shootings in Maryland).

Since the preference seems to be for Fox News.....here's their link -
