Well why don't I just post a poem. Haven't had a poem thread in a long time [img]smile.gif[/img]

Let There Be Light [img]smile.gif[/img]

I hear people speak that GOD doesn't Exist
As they sit surrounded by all His Gifts
Beautiful colors and sweet Birdsong
Most seasons are never too Long

Summertime comes and the flowers are Pleasing
Warm winds blow in their fragrances pleasantly Teasing
Majestic trees hold out their arms to give us Shade
Embracing us in their canopy of brown and Jade

The sun rises every day, and tells us to Live
And we Accept it, but in return have nothing to Give
The sun sets every day, and tell us to Rest
And we Accept it, knowing the Earth knows Best

In our ignorance we do not Recognize
The Intelligence behind this planet so Wise
We are not some coincidental biological Mistake
We are the carefully calculated Human Race

Our "ignorance"????????!!!!!!!! Nice poem Ladyzekke! Controversial, but nice.

I will hold back the urge to write a poem that speaks about delusion.

Just posting a Poem Trickster, it'd take me a bit of time to explain the meaning to me about said poem, and I'm not up for that tonight (Friday!) not to mention I don't want this to be a religion discussion thread. Again, just postin a poem, hopefully others will post theirs too and I don't mind what they are about, including your "dilusion" poem

I'm not really serious Atrayu. I was just being a tad sacastic. Let's see if I can come up with a poem of sorts. I used to do that sort of thing when I was a teenager.

The fire is there
But the spark remains to be lit

The wedge is almost invisable
