you all know when you go to bad websites and you dont want anyone to know how do you get rid of them??? reload www. .com go you know the little Aroww that links you to preveouly veiwed web sites

How much do you know about computers?
Or maybe I should ask...how detailed or simple do the instructions have to be for you? Also, are you using Windows Explorer?

If you're using IE, i guess just empty out the temp internet files folder and clear the history.
Not sure what you're trying to do, but this might help.
