Just finished watching it on that box in the corner that shows me stuff. It was very entertaining, but the dancers at the end did seem to be part of some LSD hallucination. The only disappointment was that once again, the Queen decided to put on her "I'm Gonna Look As Unhappy As I Can" face. However, she did flash her perly whites once, in a sort of smile.

Is Germany still part of the Commonwealth ? If they are i think France doesn't stand a chance !

There are 72 countries in the Commonwealth. Germany, France and Holland are not amongst them!

I loved the opening ceremony - it's so informal - the athletes dance in the parade!

Well it looks like, at the moment, Canada leads the medal tally with the Poms 2nd & Oz 3rd. O well the swim meets start soon then we'll see what happens.Go Oz.
