They are guaranteeing 8.5% income on your money, which is incredible given the state of the markets at the moment.

Essentially you are not investing in the girls, you are investing in the property and the renting of the rooms. It's just that they have a greater tunrnover of rooms than most hotels.

I wonder if there are any shareholder perks!
