The backround stuff on the site

Can anyone else see SiS in the backround picture of this site? The bumpy stuff. Look when a page is loading

I've seen what you're talking about, and I think it's just the random pattern combined with the tiling... the "s" is the pattern and the "i" is the border between two tiles. You can make it more visible by tweaking your contrast/brightness.
