Hmmm...I can't see anything malicious in the code of the page linked to - it looks like very simple HTML. Most probably you've picked the virus up somewhere else - allow me to recommend switching to MAC OSX or a Linux operating system.

But in any case, as I'm guessing you're using Internet Explorer, either of these free and far more secure browsers will stop things like that from happening:

Firefox

Opera.

I had no virus problems, only frustration from damn puzzles.
