Just interesting reading and viewing for those concerned about this area. I didn't know about the big bulldozed swathe either, to see desolation stretching over the horizon with a single Israeli watchtower in the middle helps bring home what it might be like to live there. |

Sorry, when it comes to Palestine/Israel, I take anything reported by the Beeb with a huge grain of salt. They are very biased on the issue. Any rag that says Arafat was "branded by critics as a terrorist" deserves to get its ass beat.

Is it called war? Over the horizon? Believe the evidence of my own eyes, it is a few hundred meters. Part of it done by palestinians themselves (when they feeled like proper citizens and destroyed the home of suisiders, or wanted to get money from PLO for every destroyed building. Old Yasser mayheneverfindpeacethelittle**** issued a decree that claimed that for every demolished building by us the palestinian owning family will get money).
