Big problem!?!?!

i uninstalled SoA and now i cant reinstall it because the file name is still there in my set up, so has anyone got any links to fix this bug

Im hoping you know how to edit your computers registry, but to be on the safe side Ill give simple, step by step instuctions. If you break it I deny all responsibilty and was in fact never here.

start->run->regedit

This is a neat prog that allows you to edit your registry.

registry->export registry. In case you screw up, you can import the old version and try again.

edit->find

Its a standard windows search dialogue, you want to find and eradicate any and all mentions of Bioware, Black Isle and Baldur.

If you happen to have another infinity game installed your stuffed since there no way to sperate the keys for BG2 from the ones you _need_ to keep.

you are a genius but one question of have searched and found the file but do i just delete it now
