Its a cursed item and is in the game for a joke. Incedentaly there is a baldurs gate 1 forum.

Well, it's between the Friendly Arm in and Beregost and to the East of Candlekeep.

lol i wouldnt mind having one of those... i'd slip it into some girl i don't like's inventory and see her get mored pissed off than she's ever been in her life
