FOOTBALL THREAD.

Hi all, this is my football (soccer) thread. This is for everyone that enjoys the beautiful game and wants to chat about it here on IW.

RULES
1. No flaming if you dont agree with someones opinion or they disagree with yours, dont have ago, just accept their opinions.

2. This is for football chat only so no other sports in here please and no :spam1:

Hi guys! Looking forward to the premiership games today? The fixtures are:
Bolton v Charlton

Middlesborough v Manchester United

Everton v Derby

Newcastle v Blackburn

Southampton v Sunderland

Tottenham v Fulham

West Ham v Arsenal

As an added bonus, the first player that scores today will have the ten thousandth premiership goal!

Boro flog Man U! It ain't gonna happen. Steve McLaren has done a good job at Boro though.

Italian football

Ronaldo's back. He scored his first goal in nearly two years against Brescia in Inters 3-1 win. He also played alongside Christian Vieri, so the boys are back. All football fans should be pleased and I personally cant wait to see him play in the world Cup.

Also, Roy Hodgson has been sacked after an Italian tabloid printed a badly translated interview from the Mirror where Hodgson slated his Udinese manager. He has been replaced by Giampiero Ventura, a former Sampadoria coach.
