I remember you talking about getting a new computer but I never found out if you did or not. If so did you get it set up with a DSL???? Am curious as to what is required for a DSL to be set up ect.,

I thought you might have by the sound of your virus post.

If you did get a new computer what speed and all that did you get. Graphics card???? do you have the detonator3 drivers for your video card???? talk to me homey

Hey Earthdog, I'm not Memnoch, but I can answer. Yes he did get a new pc and yes he's set up on dsl! He can give you the particulars if he comes 'round!

Thanks Cloudy. I wasnt sure because I never heard back from him. I built my 800mhz AMD Duron with 128 meg of PC133 Ram and a nVidia 32 meg video card and a few other nice things for $800 Could have built (and did) 2 of them for the price of what stores and magazines are advertising for.

Now Im very curious as to what Memnoch got

Cool Memnoch. Sounds like you got a most awesome machine. Video card sounds excellent. Did it come with the Detonator3 drivers? If not you can download them at www.nVidia.com i believe it is. The Detonator3 drivers are compatable with all Nividia video cards, though there are 2 versions. Just pick the one that fits your card. I just added them to my nVidia card and its hopped it up pretty well. With a DSL I imagine you can download them in about 2 seconds

I think the fastest chip I can upgrade to is a 1.2 gighertz. For now Im happy with my 800. Now all I need is ToB and maybe we could hook up and play a multi game
