Well Ive passed the dragon & have tried killing the boss in Temple Ruins. I never finish it alive. How do I deal with these guys?

Head honcho casts a spell and all my fighters cant move already. I dont know what he casts. Is there a spell I should learn to undo this condition?

Web spell on head honcho.

Summon spiders into the web to keep him busy.

Pound on the actual alter, it's all over when the alter dies.

Pick up all the loot.

Who summons d spiders? I have summon insects but no summon spiders. Thanks but will try summon insects if I have any luck I let you know. But just in case just correct me if Im wrong. Also I think this is a priest spell?

I do know the web spell

Hey Ive finished with the Shade Lord. Thanks Connor. I am also curious if Ive missed a relic. Beside a rooom full of letters, there is a statue with open arms. Do you place something in there?

Also in the City gates I did find a lich in an inn. He keeps killing me. How do I defeat him?

What do I do with the acorns? Ive talked with people at the Copper Coronet but the acorns were never discussed.

You have to take the acorns to the faries or whatever they are at the bottom of windspear hills.(talk to guy asking for help in copper coronet)

It also sounds like you are not really at a high enough level to take on the lich, but one tactic is to wait till he casts gate, walk out of room , rest go back in again, big scary monster gone so only have to take care of the lich on his lonesome.

This tactic can work:

Walk in - shoot missiles. Then he will cast some sort of protection spell. Run out.

Wait until his protection wears off and repeat the process until the lich is dead.

BE WARNED. This tactic does NOT work on all liches

It's rather amusing when the liches choose to actually run after you. That happened to me with that lich at the inn. Another way to deal with liches is to send in just one party member who is wearing something that gives high magical protection and free action. I like sending Keldorn with the dispelling sword after liches. Summoning a few creatures to help out is also a good idea, as it distracts any foe.

that's something weird i noticed about summons. If you're just hacking away at somebody with your party, and one of your attacked members runs away, the baddie will follow him/her. However, cast a summoning spell in a baddie's general vicinity and they will turn on it to the exclusion of all else. How strange.
