The Robe Of Zaerdali'th
In the Realm of Nradia, during the Times Of Trouble, the Goddess Elderien sought for a young warrior that had the mental and physical strength to control the immense power she would give to him so he would restore the balance between good and evil. The Goddess Elderien choose the Fighter/Mage Zaerdali'th. He gained next to the immense power also immortality. Many assassins tried to kill him with poison and diseases but none prevailed. He could only die by the sword, but he never did. And to destroy the evil and restore the balance he had the need of a highly enchanted armor to have the defence against everything that wanted to disrupt the balance between good and evil. Zaerdali'th choose his trusty old robe to be enchanted by the Gods themselves so he would have his defence always as near it could be, a very wise decision indeed because in this way he could use his spells as an offence and his robe as a defence and the robe was also a great helper while memorising his spells since it could memorise 3 more bonus spells from level 1 spells till level 9 spells. The robe also had the magical power to cast spells twice as fast as normal, the wearers saving throws were lowered by 3, the wearers magic resistance is increased by 10 % and for the physical defence the robe acted like a basic chain mail armor. With this robe and his Katana +6 “The Bloodslicer” he managed to murder every single man which had the plans and the power to disrupt the balance between good and evil before they even tried it, and thanks to those killings he prevented a lot of Wars to come true. After more than thousand years loyal duty to Goddess Elderien and when last wife was assassinated only to hurt Zaerdali'th mentally he murdered the assassins, their employer's and when he murdered the whole section out he asked the Goddess Elderien to appear again. He asked her if he could stop with his job, because after al those years he could not handle any more of these weak actions and wanted to die like a proud and an adventurous man so he could go to his wife in Heaven. The only mission left for Zaerdali'th to do for the Goddess Elderien is to give his Katana +6 ”The Bloodslicer” to a true neutral Kensai family who would be loyal to the Goddess Elderien and keep it away from civilization, so the Katana +6 ”The Bloodslicer” would only return to civilization when a new Dark lord rises from the Abyssal to disrupt the balance between good and evil. Zaerdali'th also had to bury his robe under the ground in the Forest of Drandilia, but before he did that he had to put his Fighter/Mage soul in the robe so none other than true neutral Fighter/Mages have the ability to wear this robe, because it may only be used to keep the balance between good and evil as it should be. And when Zaerdali'th completed this last task his immortality and the immense power he possessed was taken away from him by the Goddess Elderien just as he asked her to do, so that his spirit would live on with the spirit of his wife in Heaven after hundreds of years loyal duty to the Goddess Elderien. When a local merchant found the robe after a few hundred years, he didn't understood why he couldn't use the robe so he brought it to the wise priests. None of their warriors had the mental and physical strength to wear this robe, so they brought it to the eldest of the priests. The eldest priest came forth after years of studying and told the people the history of Zaerdali'th and this robe. When the story ended the priests held a meeting and they came to the conclusion that only the most powerful of mages may wear this robe, so the priests held a tournament and if the winner of the tournament would prove worthy to wear the robe it is his, but if he could not wear the robe it stayed under the care of the priests. They held this tournament for many years and it reached the ears of many mages indeed, but when there came a winner after more than 25 years which had the mental and physical strength to wear the robe it was none other than Gandalf “The White” and from that time the robe was in his hands. Gandalf enchanted the robe so that only a true neutral Fighter/Mage at level 24 would have the ability to wear the robe, but the wearers static's must also be awfully good. With negative plain protection the wearer is protected from level drain, because if someone can wear it he must have fought really well to get so high that it could not be allowed to be level drained and in this way the evil vampires would not stand against you. With the charisma and the wisdom that Gandalf possessed he enchanted the robe in some sort of way that the wearer gains the charisma and the wisdom that Gandalf possesses. Gandalf also placed a piece of his soul in the robe so that the other magical defences were upgraded as well. Gandalf also realised that if he placed a piece of his soul in the robe that he would lose 15 hit points and the wearer gets 15 hit points on his maximum. Next to everything Gandalf did to enchant the robe even more Gandalf also used a scroll on the robe so that anyone who would wear the robe regenerates 1 hit point every 3 seconds. To ensure the safety of the robe Gandalf gave the robe to a powerful mage with the job to give the robe to the person who is powerful enough to wear this robe so that that person would restore the balance between good and evil and keep it as it should be. In this way the robe came to you, after years of searching, you are THE ONE!

Considering how hard it is to get those stats and level, then I guess it would be ok. By the time you get there you are already very powerfull.

Its a bit overpowered, but the statistics are hard to reach. I'd say lower the Ac bonus, the casting time, and maybe you memorize 3 spells up to the 6 or 7th level. But hey, thats just me.
