Aerie is pregnant?! What will those game designers think of next? So will she actually have the baby in the game? If so how long will it take? There is no way i'm gonna take 9 months game time to finish ToB (but I suppose she is a winged elf and who knows what the physiological differences would be...)

Yes, she can get the baby ingame. If you don't want to wait too long for it, then there might be a solution.
Once Aerie is pregnant you will see a new variable in shadowkeeper that look something like this: Aeriepregnanttimer 566743. You could change that variable to 1, but you should wait until she has told you all her dialogs about her pregnancy. If I remember well there are a few of them.
