You're right, not very constructive, mate - and probably not the right thread to participate in.

I'm curious about this EP, Kakero, but I want to know what improvements it adds to Sims 2. If it's just cosmetic stuff I'll probably stay away from it. I've heard there are a few bugs as well.

It add a whole new life cycle to your SIMS.

Once a sim is a teen, he can go to University, and he get a whole new time bar.

He goes trough sophomore, freshman...

He's got classes too, and there is a new dorm feature.

Dorms are nice. You move your SIM there, and the computer populate the other 9 or so room with computer controlled sims that live there and you can interact with.

They also added lifetimes inspiration. If you manage to do them you ae platinium for life.

There is also influence now too. If you do social inspiration, you get influence points, and with that, your sim can order another npc sim to do an action, just like if it was one of your SIM.

Once a SIM is done with university he is sent back to his familly as an adult.

There is also 4 new professions available. I think you must get a good grade at University to unlock them for your sim.

There is a secret society, a frat house and a sorrority one.

They also added cellphones, and new items.

The is the best expension ever in any SIM game, in my opinion.

I ordered the game a couple of days ago. I was a bit reluctant, because I had so many bugs before... So I'm worried about this expansion pack too... Is anybody else having any other problems (except the slow loading time)?

The loading seem to be fast now. I guess it only happens if you play the game first time after installing the expansion.

Haven't encounter any sort of bugs.

Yes, once he leave university he become adult, but i've seen mods on the net that make it that your SIM can go to university indifinetly or pretty much.

When I first sent some SIMS to university I tought it was short, but I try to always control at least 3 SIMS, and by the time I was half-way trough I was starting to be happy it wasn't longer.

Univesity is fun, but so is the regular game.

What's nice is that SIMS now lie so much longer. The time spent at University is long, send your SIM to university one day before he should turn to adult, and it will be like you have another whole teenage time bar to fill.

Time at university is stoped. Your SIM does not age as usual. He goes in as a SIM, and come out as an adult.

Ain't that the truth!

I'll probably get this at some point, as it looks a lot more interesting than any expansions to the first Sims.
