Ziroc, it says 'first person combat system'. That does not necessaraly mean FPS. Might and magic always used a first person combat system without it being an FPS.
Maybe you ment this but i thought i'd mention it anyways.

i finished mm8, and at the end i fought some hive alien thing. I mean how hard would it be to change an arx fatalis 2 into a might and magic game? maybe change a few wizard and town names and its there.


Its not advertised as a sequel to mm 9 or anything


I really think this game was arx fatalis two from the clips. Because it has really funny goblins like arx fatalis.

naw, it's a tie-in (story-wise) to the newest HoMM game. HoMM 5? not sure what number they're up to as i don't really like rts' that much.

remember the nasty beast that was Crusaders of M&M? just like that. one fighter, forced thru a hackneyed plot, to fight against lots and lots of monsters.

Crusader of might and magic has nothing to do with might and magic storyline. NWC just put the word might and magic there to sell the game. Maybe this new game is like that then. Then again, we shall see...

Just like Legend of might and magic. Nothing to do with might and magic storyline. shesh...

it's just a franchise that they'll use however they like... if they can draw in the M&M and HoMM crowd, they'll do it anyway they can.
